We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

2. Account Registration & Security

To use certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep your account information updated.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

You must be at least 16 years of age to create an account and use the Service. By creating an account, you represent that you meet this age requirement.

3. Service Description

CVPilot provides an AI-powered resume building and optimization platform. The Service includes resume creation, AI-powered resume tailoring, ATS optimization, cover letter generation, and resume export functionality.

We use artificial intelligence to assist with resume content optimization. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated suggestions are recommendations only. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all content in your resume before use.

The Service is provided on an "as available" basis. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that defects will be corrected within a specific timeframe.

4. Subscriptions & Payments

CVPilot offers both free and paid subscription plans. Paid subscriptions are billed on a monthly basis through our payment processor, Stripe. By subscribing to a paid plan, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.

Prices are displayed in GBP (British Pounds). Applicable taxes may apply depending on your location. We reserve the right to change our pricing with 30 days advance notice to existing subscribers.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

CVPilot uses a credit-based system where certain AI operations consume credits. Credit allocations vary by subscription plan and are refreshed at the start of each billing period. Unused credits do not roll over to the next period.

You retain full ownership of all content you create using the Service, including your resume text, work history, and personal information. CVPilot does not claim any ownership rights over your content.
